Festus is about 1 1/2 years old male kitty. He is very sweet but won’t come around strangers or people he doesn’t know. The tip of his left ear was clipped when he was neutered. Festus has a small reddish smudge of color above lip under right side of his nose.. he is not chipped and no collar. He is indoor/ outdoor cat. The location is in Tanglewood…
