So nice for you to get him out of danger, especially can't see or hear. Sad for a dog to be like that. Please try finding him a good loving home. He deserves one and needs extra watching after since his condition. Please give update. Please... keep out of heat, it's more hard for small dogs.

Please don’t take him to The shelter, they will euthanize him. I’ll take care of that baby until the family is found. My heart breaks when I see elderly dogs suffering, please let me know if I can help with fostering him
