been posting since July 5th. Vet says no chip. Call WHAT RESCUES?? TRIED every name and number. Nobody will help. PLEASE ADVISE. I want to find his owners or find him a loving home. He deserves a chance . ANY POSITIVE SUGGESTIONS? Thank you for any names, phone numbers or addresses of legitimate shelters or rescue groups? Most of the ones I've tried want lots of money to list a lost dog. WHAT A RIPOFF! I'm just trying to help the poor guy. He's scared.

It’s illegal in California to keep or rehome a found dog before trying to find owners for 30 days so call rescues if unable to hold. Thanks.

July 4?! And you’re just now posting?! Did you actually take him to be scanned for a microchip? It’s not visible. Vets, pet stores will scan for a microchip for free. Notify shelters. Call rescues if unable to hold. Post to Buena Park and OC lost pets groups. Get proof of ownership.
