Not sure where this is but to be sure if it's Bella they need to catch and check for microchip since she's microchipped.

Toloczykski Kristineth Bella is microchipped so if rescue scanned for chip they would contact Bellas current owner

Nancy Woltzen I called the number and they can't catch her. I notified a rescue to see if they can trap it well I haven't heard back. I can't be sure it's even my friends dog....I am Bellas breeder/previous owner. If someone can catch the dog.....Bella is microchipped. This area would be over 2hrs from where I and current owner of Bella lives.

Deborah Humiston yep, and she’s still there. Not sure how we get a hold of those owner!! But thoughts of comment again to boost!!
