Is he chipped? We found a beautiful beige/white male in Downey last week He was clean and well fed with the flea collar. We managed to catch him and get him checked for a chip but of course he wasnt chipped We had to let him go again because we couldnt take him in with out girls. We fed and watered him but our girls dont like visitors

I actually saw a pure black cat like that 38 mins away over by the Isana Octavia Academy, but it crawled through the school gate before I or my GF could do anything.
