Rusty has always been an outdoor cat that basically adopted us. He was most-likely a catch/fix/release kitty since he has a notched left ear and has been neutered. He is approximately 2-3 years old and although timid around people he doesn’t know, he is very sweet once he is famiiar. We are very worried and miss him terribly. He has never been gone for more than a day. ????
