Older black and white cross bred border collie

Tex is missing! Our old working cow dog went on walk-a-bout near target at legends. He’s been a staple in our family for 13 years now and he’s getting older and wonders from time to time, he’s very shy until you pet him then he never wants you to stop. He has a purple collar, a black dot on the top of his head a wheepy eyes from allergies. Our young girls painted his toe nails red about a week ago and some of it has worn off but if he has been picked up we would very much love to have him back just as much as I’m sure he would love to be back home on the ranch where he spends the days laying around in the shade and playing with the girls. Thank you for the help finding our boy!
