He is very afraid of people & noise. He has been rescued from the street once & was doing well trusting me.. But with me sitting next to him for an outing on my front step, was started by neighbors hello and ran off in a shot. :( I’ve called, walked at all hours & left food by Pavlov’s on York, where they saw a black & white kitty. Please text me if you see him.
