Since she is an indoor cat she is likely very close to home. I agree with trying a trap (can buy at Home Depot). Also try leaving a door open at night if you haven't already. Search your neighborhood around 7:00 to 8:00 pm, cats come out at that time, also early morning. You can also try a trail cam (buy at Big 5 or sporting goods store) and set it up at night to see if she is coming around the house in the middle of the night.
