Well, that’s all that anybody can ask for if you’ve tried everything you know to find the owners and it could be that somebody stole her and brought her here who knows but thank you for taking care of her and I appreciate it

Vicki Cubbage Branham that was my thought too. She is such a good girl! The microchip came back to my breeder (I have three of these type dogs) But the new owner never registered the microchip. 😢 I was able to track down who bought her as a puppy four years ago, but they haven’t responded to any of my calls, emails, or text messages. I don’t think they own her anymore because they’re in another state. It’s a mystery. But in the meantime, she’s loving life with me and my pack. She’s well cared for and happy.

Wow, that is interesting to me as well. She looks like such a well kept puppy. Oh my goodness I wonder if she has an older owner that just doesn’t know what to do to find her

Vicki Cubbage Branham Thank you. I actually picked her up from the shelter. They are aware that I have her. I’ve called the shelter multiple times since last Tuesday just to make sure her owner has not called looking for her. I am still surprised nobody’s been looking for her. She’s obviously well fed and had been well cared for.

did you file a found report with the shelter you need to do that within 72 hours it is Virginia law and it does help the owners to find their pet. This little girl looks like she has an owner and I'm sure they're calling all of the shelters around to see. Thank you for helping her.

I am hoping you notified Animal Control and posted this on Pawboost.com. Please get him checked for a microchip. Post on neighborhood websites as well. Thanks for saving him.
