Put this on nextdoor dot com that is for your neighborhood and start going door to door knocking on doors and ask if they've seen your dog and also please ask them to check their cameras. Everyone has cameras there must be something on one of them. Also check with the shelter if you don't find your dog you need to check their every single day and they do have a website but they want you to go there and look also check Craigslist lost and found and for sale every single day don't leave it because they don't keep the animals too long at the shelter. Your neighbors are your best bet and their cameras so make sure you check all that out and keep posting on here till you find him

Get on the homeless population in and around that area that your baby was last seen. Often times, they cross paths with each other and really do save the dogs from traffic, other animals or getting further away by keeping them with them. That group of people seem to be pretty tight knit so even if you don’t find the person that could have your dog, you will surely come across someone that knows how and where to find them IF they might be with someone close by. Many dogs have been recovered in this way when I’ve suggested that people get to them NOW. I hope this helps
