Lost and found pets of North County ok Just asked how you knew it was lost and brought to your attention you might be doing the opposite and preventing it from going home is all. There is no shade. This was just an inquiry and common sense. For being car people yet you still give other cats food and water. Giving them incentive not to go back to their homes? Calling it a stay or lost when it has a bell collar. If you let you cat go outside and be a cat for a few hoirs during the day. This is why you dont let people know the name of your cat. They start feeding it food or treats the cat likes the food better than the healthy stuff youre feeding it. Starts coming around their house more and more. Then they dont come home one day and that person just stole your cat.
