I took him to the vets to scan him but they said he had no chip. I'm feeding him now when I see him, as he's lost weight from the first time I saw him. He's sweet! I already have 2 cats and they hiss at him, so I can't let him in. It breaks my heart. So I'll take care of him as best I can. I have posted on next door too.
