I was driving along Germantown Ave and saw this dog picking through the trash so I pulled over to see if there was any info on the collar. She lunged and barked at me so I wasn’t comfortable getting any closer but took a photo. looked up the address and another siding of this dog and another dog came up and one of the comments said that they live in a hse on the corner. They’re clearly not feeding this dog enough and now she’s pregnant.

Mari Lowery thank you so much🫂because I contacted Erie Ave. SPCA and they said that is what needed to be done. That poor dog and others deserve so much better, I'm so tired of the cruelty of animals, enough is enough 😢 💔🐾🙏
