Indoor cats seldom roam farther than 4 or 5 houses from home. With flashlights look in, under and behind every possible place he could be hiding , stuck or hurt… in your yard and neighbors…decks, , sheds, garages, window wells, empty containers, boxes, trees, bushes,etc. Be sure to check storm drains/ gutters in area. Cats often take up residence there for safety and shelter. Search at night with flashlights so you can see eyes shine. Have favorite treats/food available as you search. Tuna or sardines work well to attract cats. Call cat’s name in a calm, friendly voice as you search. Never give up hope.
