Appeared to be abandoned, but just in case someone out there is looking for him, I found him resting on a pile of plastic spoons at a vacated trailer. Starving and dehydrated and in the sun. He is safe now and much better. Just want to find him a loving home. ❤️

UPDATE: "Oliver" is now at the Converse Animal Care Facility on 1516. I am devastated to not be able to be his permanent family, but it was a blessing to have saved him from where he was at. Please help him get adopted to a loving family soon!

Already done. He was found at an abandoned residence and am trying to find a home for him before having to take him to a shelter.
