Update. The shelter called me back and said the owner was contacted but they have not pick Charlie up yet, which is concerning. If you know this family please reach out, it doesn’t not make sense to me why they would delay

We drop him there, he is chipped and his name is Charlie. They said probably he was found before, we are hoping the family picks him up soon
