Thank you everyone for your help. 5 days later with a lot of searching at night we found her in the neighbourhood area. She is sweet and sound at home now.

Our cat sneaked out through the balcony and is missing. She is very friendly but probably extremely scared right now. If you live near the Ingles store in Boiling Springs, please be on the lookout and check under porches, bushes, cars, and other hiding spots nearby. We miss her so much and are waiting for her to come home. If you see her or have any information, please contact me right away. Please do not chase her—approach her gently.
