This little girl is so super friendly, that I’m quite sure she must be someone’s pet. If not, then very adoptable! (Not TNR despite cropped ear.) I originally listed her as ‘Found’, but somehow the Animal Control officer that came and picked her up to be brought to the shelter let her escape while trying to scan her several miles away from my . Now she’s far away from where I originally found her in Near Bonnie Rd and Thalia Trace Dr./Ct.

Now that could very well be somebody's baby that's lost out there that is the worst thing for a cat to get lost and a neighborhood they're not familiar with I hope you called and reported that officer

How convenient why didn't it the officer scan the chip while you were there in an enclosed space or like they're supposed to do when they get to the facility
