Outdoor cat, likely stray, has lived in neighborhood a couple years. Spotted Monday (Aug 10) with serious eye infection. NEEDS VET CARE. We need help finding, catching, and getting him to medical care. If you can help, please get him to a vet! Skittish but friendly.
