Update: Mako has been found and is safe back home after being on the run for 10 days. Caught him with a humane trap in our backyard. Thank you so much to everyone who offered suggestions and shared our post(s)!

Search Community Cat Coalition and Missing Pet Partnership for tips. Post on all lost pet sites, NextDoor and your community's Facebook page. Some people have stayed outside all night and their cats have come home in the early AM when they felt safer to come out from hiding. Perhaps a drone search or pet rescue search service can help. And a trail camera. Best wishes!
