Lots of posters! Send to local police and shelters. Give to your USPS carrier. Best of luck A thought for you and other dog and cat. parents. We have a few cheap whistles. We blow the whistle whenever we put the food bowl down. We keep a whistle near doors. The whistle brought our escape artist back promptly when she got through a gate. Just an ounce of prevention.
