Is he microchipped? Do you have any additional photos? My son and I found a Senior Chihuahua Mix in Darby Township, PA (Delaware County). That is an insane trek for some little legs, but this was a male, similar colors. Stuggled to get a good photo in the dark. We took him to the police station and the officer we spoke with said they will contact Brandywine SPCA to scan for a chip in the morning.
