Male Chihuahua/mix (?) came into my back yard---exhausted and weak. He has a collar with his name and an address with phone number. No one is answering the phone. I will attempt to visit the home listed on the dog tag tomorrow (07/22/19). If I cannot connect with the owner. I will take the dog to the ASPCA to determine if the dog has a chip planted.
