FOUND this boy around 92nd and Elgin Avenue. He is very friendly and looks healthy. I believe he is an indoor dog but I cannot let him in do to having other pets. No collar.

Mice Lee. Make them prove by having a veterinarian confirm they have taking their pet to them and have their name as the owner, also by showing you photos of the dog at different stages of its life, and with them in the photos with the dog. If they can't do either, its probably not their dog.
