If you haven't already, take her to the nearest vet clinic tomorrow and have her scanned for a micro-chip. Its free, call/e-mail her picture to the local vets in your area. Someone might recognize her. If her owner might have passed away, be in the hospital, or bein a home. And a relative or neighbor might have been taking care of her or rehomed her. And she either simply escaped or ran away. Maybe trying to find her original owner/home. Thank you for taking her in out of this bad weather. And taking her into your warm home so she be safe and warm.

i dropped him dropped off at the west allis police department on lincoln ave at 6:30 pm if anyone knows who the owner is. he was not chipped. thank you!
