put litter box and/or blankets or items of clothing from house with household scent .... go out at night with flashlite shining under alllll bushes and shrubs and even intrees and on roof tops - the glow from the flashlight will catch the eyes ... also take a can of open cat food out and walk around calling his name ... do this quite often during the day and evneing .... praying for his safe return.
