Description
Pigeon with red band on leg, couldn’t get the full number on the band but it did say “19”
Message from Finder
Saw this pigeon at my apmt complex. He seemed very thirsty and hot. Was able to give him a bowl of fresh water but would not come close enough to be able to read the leg band. Had a red leg band on his left leg and seemed healthy. He did fly away after drinking the water.
