This pet showed up at my next door neighbors hse today. It’s very very sweet and loving, craves attention and is obviously someone’s pet. It’s tail looks like it’s been freshly severed and looks like it’s possibly infected. Urgently looking for the owner or anyone that knows who it belongs to!
