Message from Finder

Been hanging around our yard for a couple months now. She is being fed and has a heated shelter on our porch; we aren't able to bring her inside (other cats), but she rarely strays from the yard. I scanned for a chip and she does have one; I reported her as found through 24Petwatch where the chip is registered but haven't found a way to contact her owners. She's such a sweetheart, I want to get her safely! We're right by the "Wild Fish & Chicken" restaurant in Dayton's Bluff neighborhood.

Tell the people who have the chip info to find the owner for you . That’s terrible if she has a chip and you can’t locate the owner. Usually St Paul Animal Control will pick up an abandoned cat right from your house and get them into a rescue. I don’t think they’ll pick it up if it’s a stray, but if it’s lost or abandoned they will. 651-266-1100
