Thanks for all the help and suggestions regarding finding Samira. I put out her kitty litter outside my door the day prior, and when I couldn't sleep at quite early in the morning I called her name and I heard her squeak out a Meow. She was in my neighbor's backyard, and it took awhile to coax her out w/ treats. However, when she got close enough I scooped her up and joyfully got back into my apartment.
