Pam Shipman oh Pam. This is not a life. This is a prison. Whoever forced this poor baby to go back to his chained prison is also guilty. This is not a life. Poor baby had a taste of life off a chain and is now back to die neglected. If this is your idea of a good life, I feel sorry for you.

Please give her a large fenced in area at least to run around. Maybe you could walk her on the leash also? Does she get to go in the house at all? I hope so because the weather can be extremely hot or in the summer and very cold in the winter. 🙏
