Oh my gosh that poored dog! I get so tired of hearing.People are doing the best they can when they're living inside of a freaking house where the dog should be living with them. I don't understand why people like this even get animals just to put them in prison.

I hate to say it but it's a better life than my neighbors dogs lives. They are thin , matted always running loose on a busy road no visible shelt food or water. Neighbors are always calling animal control on them but nothing's done to get them help. Although I'd never keep my animal on a runner at all times. My babies stay in my sight at all times.
