Tamara Dormer your comment makes your implication clear “… how long that dog is outside…”, as I said , and I’ll say louder, ANY AMOUNT of TiME BEING TIED is TOO LONG! And people who condone and support it would only do so because they justify it or do it themselves! It’s as bad as those who lock dogs in cages for hours and hours upon end. It’s disgusting and that’s what I’m talking about!

Pam MacDonald once again, you have no idea what you're talking about. I have a fenced yard which my animals are never out in unless I'm home. I do volunteer therapy work with 2 of my dogs every week. Proof that you have no idea how someone else lives while you're typing your hateful bs.
