Safe and sound? This "owner" should be ashamed to have this baby and living in such a filthy "home". To be tied to a tree, meaning imprisoned, and to be deemed unworthy to be in a home but have to live in such a dilapidated dog house is no way "safe and sound". This fur baby needs to be saved. Please help this sweet girl.
