This is so awful. Gertrude deserves so much better than this life on a chain. I don’t even see any fresh water for her. Dogs are pack animals. They are not meant to live to a chain and forced to be alone and by themselves! No excuses. Gertrude’s owner needs to learn a lot of things about dogs. They don’t deserve to have this dog.
