Saw a parrot with a red or brown stomach and when it flew underneath the wings were yellow

Hi everyone this morning when I was on a walk with my dog on Church Street and J Ave. I saw a parrot that was making a lot of noise and it was on the phone lines and it flew towards me and when it flew it had a yellow underside under the wings. It looks like it has been out here for a while because it was really dirty so I can’t tell if it has other colors on the head or not but it’s tail is a little bit blue. I wasn’t able to catch it or anything so just wanted to post it on here in case anybody was missing a parrot. I believe it’s been flying out here for a while as sometimes I have heard it before.
