I tried for almost an hour to befriend him. He wouldnt let me touch him. I could get within arms length of him but would run away and act like he was playing when I tried to touch him. I couldn't tell if he was trying to play or would bite. A lady lives across the st from where he was spotted said he's been out that way for the past few weeks.
