Watch the clock it’s 315. You can take this baby to any vet and they will microchip scan it for free.!!! I can’t tell if he has a collar on put a rope a leash something on him keep him contained in the car. If he is not micro chipped, then you require proof of ownership that means old vet bills, and read them and pictures of the dog with the family thank you for being kind. It’s a very hot day he might not like it where he’s laying. He needs to lay in some grass that is cooler. Please keep us updated.!🙏🐾🙏
