The reason I say Animal Control is that they actually go out on calls to look for animals and they might be getting calls if he's in traffic. Humane Society will intake them if they're brought in.

MikeandTracy Farmer not with animal control, no. Wasn’t able to reach anybody there. I have spoke with the humane society when we picked up our girl that got out with him, and they’re aware and have our information.
