I’m keeping the dogs inside at the moment due to the heat. They’ve been sweet and mellow all day. I really need to find the owner, shelters are at capacity

Forney cannot help me with the dogs because Travis Ranch is not within the city limits. I called Kaufman country animal control for help with them and they are at full capacity and cannot take them either.
