He’s very friendly. He doesn’t have a collar on. He got off the leash outside off the tie out. He’s probably lost. He’s just a puppy. you could probably lure him with food. He’s probably having the time of his life running around if somebody hasn’t gotten him. I it’s raining out so nobody’s out to ask . Please help I’m worried sick about him.
