Just to be sure you know, FB messages are unreliable for communicating if they are not already your FB friend. E-mails are also unreliable (like on Craigslist or Paw Boost). Phone calls to shelters are unreliable - verify IN PERSON that your pet is at any facility. A better chance of a reunion is to provide your TEXT ONLY phone number w/proof of possession (photo, details of description & / or behavior ) or proof of ownership for FOUND pets. Check nearby shelters or Rescues at least every other day, IN PERSON. Phone calls are unreliable. Keep your own proof of ownership & re-claim / reward $ w/you at all times. Meet in public, don't go alone.
