Orange cat

Message from Finder

Friendly orange cat found wandering in front of apmts and meowing at people as they walk by. He approaches and is very friendly, followed me to front door wanting to go inside but I have reactive dog :( left out food and water for him as well as a cardboard box to shelter from rain. He ate the food. Leads me to believe he belongs to someone, but he is not neutered.
