Facebook Direct Message we did rush him to a vet., He had an IV and were slowly getting him Healthy. Turns out it is a neutered make and he blind, only see slight shadows, ( canr be fixed, But all the test and blood work came back good. So hes going to live for lots more years. I pray we find his family. He is declawed so that proves he had a home.
