Is anyone near 15th/mifflin in South Philly missing this tiny cat? Tortoise shell, friendly but shy, seemingly very hungry. She’s entered my yard through the alley behind 15th between Mifflin and McKean for the past two nights. She sits at my back door while my cats growl at her and then happily accepts food/water.
