Black and white, black tail, possibly heart shape at nose. Wouldn’t come to me, I’ve been seeing off and on for a while.

I thought it belonged to someone. I thought it had a tag on, but then I realized it was a bell and it probably is lost. Comes and goes but wouldn’t come to me.

A collar with a bell on it the cat looks healthy little grumpy in the face but I'm sure most cats aren't used to people but people who care for their cats will always put a collar and a bell not everybody put the tag on a cat's color because cats get out from underneath their collars and there goes that tag just leave it alone it'll go home.
