If it weren't for good Samaritans, many of these dogs wouldn't make it. Especially pug-nosed pups for whom this heat is life-threatening. 🙏💗

Hello, this is Shelly Marvin with DFW Pug Rescue, is there something going on with the pug's eye? Both our intake director Judith Wells and I live in the Lake Arlington 76016 zip. If you are unable to locate the owner, we would be happy to pick up, provide medical care and place with one of our amazing foster mamas while continuing the search for owners. My cell number is 316-708-4445, and I am going to messaged you our intake director Judith Well's number via nextdoor messaging.

So sad the dog is not chipped. If anyone tries to claim the dog please have them provide proof of ownership like a photo of the dog with the family. Withhold any distinguishing marks on the dog so only the family can identify them. Post on the Nextdoor App as more of your neighbors will see it and may know who this dog belongs to. Post on the Ring Neighbors App you do not need to own Ring cameras to post a lost or found pet and it is free. Post on lostmydoggie dot com and pawboost dot com there is a free section on there and it will alert the family if they posted on them. Beware of scammers on all the sites I mentioned and on Facebook
