File a lost bird report with Virginia Beach Animal Control and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Check with Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road in person every day. Check also the daily posts on Facebook and the shelter website for strays brought in every day.

If you haven’t already, please place the bird’s cage outside where he escaped from your home and leave the door open.
