Are you positive the kitty is outside? Small kittens can get into unbelievably tiny places - behind dresser drawers, in cabinets, under appliances, closets and in the linings of mattresses and sofas/chairs. If you had anything open before it disappeared, go back and check to be sure it didn't get closed up in something *Young kittens don't usually go far. Take a flashlight and look anywhere a small kitten could hide - under houses, porches, steps, behind shrubbery and any OUTBUILDINGS she/he could have gotten closed up in. The flashlight will reflect their eyes. *Put some recently worn clothing outside the door, something with your scent on it, like dirty socks *Look UP trees in case something chased her/him. *Check with neighbors, especially those who have cats *Go out early mornings and late evenings when it's quiet to call and LISTEN for her/him. If it's scared and hiding, it may not respond immediately to being called, but she/he may 'answer' you *BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLES! Cats will seek out the warmth of vehicle engines. Look under the hood and in the wheel wells *Put out BRIGHTLY COLORED flyers in the area with the kitty's picture and your contact info on them. Not everyone does social media and flyers will be visible to kids, neighbors and delivery people *Look near sources of water *Check all other Lost/Found sites and Nextdoor. Some people will post on one and not others *Check any drain pipes, anything he/she could have fallen into *Keep a porch or garage door slightly open so it can get in, and check any security cameras you might have to see if he/she's showing up at night or when you're not home *Be sure to check at PAWS, IN PERSON and often. Don't depend on phone calls. I hope you find her/him soon! It looks too young to be outside.

Tell your friends to share it on their Facebook and news feed and next door and Paws. Check vets and shelters prayers. If you have woods around check them. Maybe you could get a megaphone speaker to call out to this baby. Put pictures on your car with info maybe someone will see it. Offer a reward for help. Put pictures on your mailbox. Put pictures around everywhere. Check to see if there are cameras around the area. They are two shelters in Bartow County. Put clothes outside to smell. Put tuna outside to smell. Check tree's and hiding places. Put on Petfinder with Paws.
